He is well-versed in cost-reduction, profitability management, and business growth. Murali is passionate about developing and conducting industry-specific training programmes, optimizing the blend between human capital and technology, mentoring teams, and ensuring on-time project completion.
Jeremy Fall is a Senior Advisor of Arom Grips Ltd. He is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and an experienced negotiator in relation to complex claims and commutations. He has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and has spent a majority of his career dealing with claims in both active and discontinued environments. Jeremy is particularly skilled at managing contentious disputes, litigation, arbitration, and mediation with the objective of finding solutions that best fit the client’s needs in any given situation.

Manager, Project Management
As the Manager, Project Management of Arom Grips Ltd, Yeshwanth Kumar is adept at handling various issues pertaining to technical accounts, loss reserves, investment accounting, complex and multi-currency reconciliations, internal audits, and portfolio management. He plays a prominent role in the process of testing and assisting in the development of Arom Grips Ltd’s in-house reinsurance software. He has also been involved in Arom Grips Ltd’s training programmes, conducting courses on the Smart use of Microsoft Excel, and assisting in conducting courses on Reinsurance Technical Accounting.

Bhaskaran has over 35 years of experience in financial management and accounting, during which he has set up finance departments of various insurance, reinsurance, and financial services companies and trained their team members; prepared financial statements, management information reports, business plans, financial and operational budgets; and managed receivables and payables.
