Jeremy Fall is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and an experienced negotiator in relation to complex claims and commutations. He has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and has spent a majority of his career dealing with claims in both active and discontinued environments. Jeremy is particularly skilled at managing contentious disputes, litigation, arbitration, and mediation with the objective of finding solutions that best fit the client’s needs in any given situation.
