Arom Grips Ltd, formerly known as AROM (L) Ltd, was set up in 2003 to tap into the rising opportunity in legacy management, and offer support services for the (Re) Insurance industry, specifically in the emerging markets. It is an offshore Company registered in Labuan, Malaysia, and has successfully completed 15+ years in the industry.
We aim to be the leading service provider for the (Re) Insurance Industry in Asia, and to serve as a gateway between the East and the West.

N. Murali
CEO, Director
Mr. Natarajan Murali has been the Chief Executive Officer of Arom Grips Ltd since 2006. He has over 30 years of experience in Insurance and Reinsurance – particularly in Legacy Management, Technical Accounting, Financial Management, and Back Office Management – in multicultural environments spanning India, the Middle East, the Far East, and the UK. He is well-versed in cost-reduction, profitability management, and business growth. Murali is passionate about developing and conducting industry-specific training programmes, optimizing the blend between human capital and technology, mentoring teams, and ensuring on-time project completion.
Yeshwanth Kumar
Manager, Project Management
As the Manager, Project Management of Arom Grips Ltd, Yeshwanth Kumar is adept at handling various issues pertaining to technical accounts, loss reserves, investment accounting, complex and multi-currency reconciliations, internal audits, and portfolio management. He plays a prominent role in the process of testing and assisting in the development of Arom Grips Ltd’s in-house reinsurance software. He has also been involved in Arom Grips Ltd’s training programmes, conducting courses on the Smart use of Microsoft Excel, and assisting in conducting courses on Reinsurance Technical Accounting.
Madhavi Murali
Director, International Marketing
Ms. Madhavi Murali is the Director of International Marketing of Arom Grips Ltd. An avid communicator and public speaker with multilingual abilities. A postgraduate in zoology with a bachelor’s in education, Madhavi is a versatile professional who channels her prowess in the fine arts and storytelling in her unique approach to marketing and training course design. She has successfully coordinated over 100 events and conducted seminars across India, Bahrain, and Malaysia. She is also the President of the Ladies Wing of the prestigious Bharat Club, Kuala Lumpur.
Jeremy Fall
Senior Advisor
Jeremy Fall is a Senior Advisor to Arom Grips Ltd. He is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and an experienced negotiator in relation to complex claims and commutations. He has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and has spent a majority of his career dealing with claims in both active and discontinued environments. Jeremy is particularly skilled at managing contentious disputes, litigation, arbitration, and mediation with the objective of finding solutions that best fit the client’s needs in any given situation.

To continue enhancing our range of services to our potential clients we have agreed to have as part of our advisory panel Mr. Rizzo, ex – General Manager and board director on Insurance Companies in the Gulf and Europe. Mr. Rizzo brings with him more than 30 years hands-on management experience in the insurance primary market writing all classes of general business. Beppe, as he is fondly known, is particularly skilled at handling issues related to Liquidity Contingency, Risk Management, and Organisational Restructuring.
